1. Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags and labels intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
We do not accept returns for items that are:
- Used, damaged after delivery, or not in resalable condition
- Customized or made-to-order
- Marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:

- Include your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos (if applicable).
- Our team will respond with instructions and return address details.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
